Derby Sponsors

A.J. Nute, the owner of AJ's Bait and Tackle in Meredith, New Hampshire, has been a sponsor of the Derby for several years. In addition to selling bait and tackle, AJ also sells Derby Tickets, NH Fishing Licenses, and a variety of products for fishing during all seasons. He also posts late breaking news about fishing conditions, ice conditions, and AJ's Fishing Report.

Cabela's is one of the largest provider of outdoor products in the world, and are well known for the quality of the merchandise they sell. They kindly provide ice fishing "goodie bags" for the Kid's Ice Fishing Clinic during the Derby.

The building class at the Huot Technical Center at Laconia High School has worked with the Gilford Rotary and the Lakes Region Builders and Remodelers Association to design and build a bob house for past Derby events. The materials for the bob house are generously donated by companies that are members of LRHBRA and include everything from the exterior roof to the windows! This will be a hand made, extremely well crafted bob house that will make any ice fisherman proud! Return to this page for further details as we get closer to the Derby and listen to your local radio stations for updates as well. Click on the HUOT logo to visit their site.

All merchandise will be available for purchase at Derby Headquarters in Meredith, beginning the Friday of Derby Weekend.

The talented team at Tyler Grapics is indispensable to us. They provide design talent for the brochure.

The Squam Lakes Natural Science Center uses all unclaimed Derby fish to feed otters, bears, eagles and other animals at the Center throughout the winter.
